IMPORTANT: REQUIREMENT FOR REGISTRATION

Copy of State Statistical birth certificate (Hospital record or small copy of birth certificate will not be accepted) is required for all candidates.
Baptism certificate is required for 1st Communion candidates. In addition,  First Communion certificate for Confirmation candidates.

Registration is in-person Sundays after Mass 

Note: All documents must be presented at time of registration
