After graduating in 1983, Michael served for 32 yearsas a police officer. His experience was diverse, covering several specialized and high-stakes units:

    •    Patrol: Handling frontline response and community safety.

    •    DWI Task Force: Focused on road safety and identifying impaired drivers.

    •    Hit and Run: Investigating accidents where a party fled the scene.

    •    Accident Division: Analyzing and processing major vehicular incidents.

Faith and Diaconate Ministry

In 2011, Michael graduated from the Saint Mary’s diaconate program and was assigned to the Catholic Charismatic Center (https://www.cccgh.com/). His ministry has been defined by his long-term dedication to family life:

    •    Confirmation Classes: Spent his first year guiding youth through their spiritual milestones.

    •    Marriage Prep Program: Dedicated 14 years to preparing couples for the Sacrament of Matrimony.

    •    Pastoral Support: Provides guidance through the annulment process and offers counsel to married couples navigating difficult times.

Family Life

Michael’s personal life is a testament to the stability he advocates for in his ministry:

    •    Marriage: He has been married to his wife, Lilly, for 49 years.

    •    Children: They have three children—Rene, Nina, and Matthew.
