Catechism passage #800 tells us that “ charisms are a wonderfully rich grace for the apostolic vitality and for the holiness of the entire Body of Christ.”
It is important for all of us to develop an understanding of charisms and an understanding that charisms are given to each individual to support both our growth in personal holiness and our call to bring Christ to the world and the world to Christ.

The Lord of the harvest is calling servant leaders for the New Evangelization of His Church. Jesus is calling us to be trained and qualified to be sent into the fields for a New Evangelization of the world. Servant leaders humble themselves and wait for God to exalt them. Servant leaders multiply their leadership by empowering others to lead.
