Fr. Jorge Alvarado, CC is the director of the Catholic Charismatic Center of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston in Houston, Texas.
Born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico he is the youngest of 4 children. Fr Jorge began serving in the church in various roles from a young age.. He experienced his conversion at age 18. It was through his service with the evangelization team at Catholic Charismatic Center he received his calling to the priesthood.
Ordained a priest to the order of the Companions of the Cross in 2015, he currently serves alongside his Companion of the Cross brother, Fr. John Paul Bolger as part of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal.
His desire is to serve God’s people…and to surrender his whole life to Christ and do His perfect will every moment of his life.
